Tetanus Antitoxin - give when born IM (Give in the hind end, not neck)

Rabies vaccination 12-16 weeks, then annually. (Give IM)

CD/T 8-12 weeks, booster in 3-4 weeks.  Then give annually.
(Give SQ or IM)

Lepto 5 - Twice yearly at least
